10 Things Healthy In 10 Minutes


Busy and no time is often used as a reason many people who find it difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle. In fact, you only take 10 minutes to keep in shape.

Many healthy activity that can be done within 10 minutes starting from morning until night. Ten activities are undertaken within 10 minutes you can practice at home:
1. Walk

If you do not have time to exercise 30-60 minutes, does not mean you can not make the body move. Ten minute walk without stopping before work, during lunch, or in after work can be equivalent to 30 minutes of exercise.
2. Creating a healthy breakfast

Use your time for ten minutes to make a healthy breakfast. Scrambled eggs mixed with mushrooms and vegetables, like spinach can be made within 10 minutes. Or, you can also add fruit (strawberries, bananas, melons or raisins) in your favorite yogurt or cereal.
3. Activities before sleep

End your day on the move for 10 minutes before bedtime. You can do a little exercise, stretching or movement in the room. For your body more fit, try to sleep soundly for 7-8 hours.

4. Wake up earlier

If you sleep 10 minutes more sleep early, then you can get up 10 minutes earlier. Meditate and do yoga, or walking in the garden of the house for 10 minutes after waking up can certainly make you more excited all day.
5. Prepare fruit and vegetables

Before the weekend, you can collect and cut all fruits and vegetables in a sealed container. Enter in the fridge for ready to eat all the time. That way, when you feel hungry at home, you can simply take a plate of fruit salad or a mix of vegetables that you have prepared earlier. No need to take 10 minutes.
6. Yoga

Allow ten minutes a day to meditate, stretch and 'touch' back with your body. This is a mild exercise that is free from sweat, and can be done in various places, even in the workplace.

7. Laugh

Laughter is a good activity for the mind and soul, and weight loss. Laughed for ten minutes can burn up to 50 calories. 'Steal' a break of ten minutes to chat with friends or even watch YouTube videos of cute baby, animal or your favorite comedians.

If anyone asks, tell them you're taking a time-out moment. This method is much better than the rest of smoking.
8. Read food labels

When shopping, add an extra ten minutes to read labels of food you buy. Low calorie, low fat and low sodium all the things we must know.

Food labels could be important information that you know the nutrition facts. And the composition of foods that should be avoided, including sugar and fat content is high. This information can you read on food labels.
9. Reading

Find a new book about health to learn more about fitness, women's health, metabolism or even a few new recipes from cookbooks healthy. You will learn something new, and give yourself some extra time to meet your needs.
10. Make a meal plan

Use an erasable white board, calendar or scratching a piece of paper and plan meals for a week. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. And set the menu for breakfast until dinner varies. This can prevent you feel bored with the food menu to be eaten.
